i had a pleasant stay at best western plus. The free breakfast was fantastic. it was well stocked and super clean. the location was just perfect, close to the highway but still quiet at night. i really appreciated the hot tub to relax after a long day.

Since I booked through a third-party site, the hotel wouldn’t provide me one directly. This required unnecessary effort to sort out. Eventually, I got it after some follow-up calls, which relieved me but left a bad taste about the process. Accommodations were acceptable, but this hassle made the experience less enjoyable.
